012902 ARIZONA Abortionist  CHARGED WITH SEX ABUSE A doctor accused last year of sexually abusing nine patients at his abortion clinic has been indicted on charges of molesting 26 others. After the doctor, Brian Finkel, left, was arrested in October, more than 100 women reported being abused by him, which led to the new indictment, said Rick Romley, the Maricopa County attorney. The indictments accuse Dr. Finkel, 51, of inappropriate touching during examinations and abortions at his Metro Phoenix Women's Clinic. (AP)
