The Westchester Planned Parenthood fund raising campaign for 1974 is about to begin.
Yonkers is in the Hudson River center, one of four in the county. The goal of the Hudson River center, which runs from Y o n k e r s to Ossining, is
$13,340: countywide, the organization hopes to collect $145,500.
Letter-writing campaigns by local residents are expected to boost the, totals from last year's. Mrs. Daniel Drosness of
450-56 N. Broadway: -.Mrs. Timothy Barnes of 665 N. Broadway and Mrs. Theodore Stein of
30 Branford Road. both in Hastings-on-Hudson and Mrs. A. Harold Cameron of 287 Palisade Ave. in Dobbs Ferry will lead the campaigns.
The total receipts in the Hudson River center amounted to $11,022.50 last year. Yonkers share of the contributions was
$548.
Hudson River Planned Parenthood supervises clinics at three locations along the river. The main
center, locatedat 45 Warburton Ave., holds five sessions a week as well as supervises the
federally-funded clinic for the Co-ordinated Human Services of Westchester.
