TALLAHASSEE, ha. - The Florida legislature is being asked to back a measure that would penalize families with more than two children. C. Fred Jones, a legislator, has asked the legislature to petition Congress to change the Internal Revenue Code. Those with two children could claim both for exemptions. Those with three children could claim only one child. Those with four children could claim no exemptions. Those with more than four would have a surcharge equal to the tax on an additional $750 added for each child.
