Based on your agreement to have your counsel voluntarily withdraw any legal action you have filed against our drivers in the Bedford work stoppage, and your commitment to contact the federal mediator and reschedule bargaining during the week of September 30, 2002, we hereby agree that the Bedford drivers on the Baumann contract will return to work beginning Monday morning, September 30, 2002.
