PETITIONS
Petitions for the two- (2) seats currently held by Rev.
Paul Alcorn and Mrs. Dorothy Fallon are available in the District
Clerk's office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 53 SIGNATURES
ARE REQUIRED.
Monday, April 17'h- School
Board Candidate petitions must be filed with the District Clerk
no later than 5:00 a.m.
Tuesday, April 18th - Lottery to be held for
candidates' positions on the ballot Date TBD - Candidate's Night,
sponsored by League of Women Voters, FLMS
VOTER REGISTRATION
Voter registration is on going in the elementary, middle and
high schools during regular school hours and in the Administration Building
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
ADDITIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION DATES AND LOCATIONS:
Saturday, May 6th - Voter registration,
Administration Building Conference Room, 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 10th - Voter registration,
Administration Building Conference Room, 4:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m. THURSDAY,
MAY 11TH IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR THE MAY 16TH VOTE
PUBLIC REVIEW OF VOTER REGISTRATION BOOKS: Wednesday, May 10th
- 12:00 p.m. - 4.00 p m, Administration Building Thursday, May 11th
- 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m, Administration Building Friday, May 12th

QUALIFICATIONS TO REGISTER TO VOTE

 | Must be 18 years old or older |
 | Must be a resident of the District at least 30 days prior to the election |

ABSENTEE BALLOTS
Absentee ballot applications are available in the District Clerk's office
between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The ballots will be available beginning
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19'
Tuesday, May 9`h - The District Clerk
must receive the completed absentee ballot
application, if the ballot is to be mailed
to the voter
Monday, May 15th - The District Clerk
must receive the completed absentee ballot
application, if the ballot is to be personally
delivered to the voter
Tuesday, May 16th - All completed
absentee ballots must be received in the District
Clerk's office, no later than 5:00 p.m.
TUESDAY, MAY 16TH - VOTE IN YOUR ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL ATTENDANCE AREA; POLLS ARE OPEN FROM 7:00
A.M. UNTIL 9:00 P.M.
