Dear Commissioner Mills,
Upon receipt of Dr. Dennis' Affidavit in opposition to the stay order requested in my petition I am compelled to immediately address several inaccurate and misleading statements by the District's superintendent. Include herein are five "Affidavits of Service By Mail."
