EXHIBIT 2A 1. Personnel
a. Resignation Recommended Motion: That the Board accept the resignation of Mrs. Kathleen Tuttle from her position as principal of West Patent Elementary School effective July 31, 2002. b. Leave of Absence Recommended Motion: That the Board grant a leave of absence in accordance with Article 12.A of the Teachers Agreement, without pay, to Keri Vaquero effective September 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003. Ms. Vaquero is assigned to Mt. Kisco Elementary School. c. Memorandum of Agreement Recommended Motion: That the Board approve the Memorandum of Agreement with the CSEA, which defines the newly created Job Coach position and stipulates the salary schedule be the same as that of the Clerk School Monitor position. d. Non Unit Employee Salary Increases Recommended Motion: That the Board approve the salary increases for School District Treasurer Nancy Sasso as follows: 2002-03: $82,500 2003-04: $87,500 2004-05: $92,500 Recommended Motion: That the Board approve the salary for Carol Sibilia for the 2002-03 school of $61,746, which represents a 4% increase. 2. Minutes Recommended Motion: That the Board approve the minutes of the meetings held on November 14, November 28, December 12, 2001 and June 24, 2002. 3. Computer Equipment Bid Award Recommended Motion: "That the Board award bid #01-02-14 for financing educational computer equipment through the use of a three-year lease purchase agreement to J.P. Morgan Leasing Inc., 999 Broad Street 1st Floor, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604 at a rate of 2.95% before July 24, 2002, or 55 basis points off the Three-Year Treasury Note thereafter, pending the approval of the lease agreement by the Commissioner of Education of the State of New York , and that the Board authorize the President or her designee to execute the agreement once the Commissioner's approval is received.
