I HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH GROUPS THAT
ARE ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND PLAN FOR THE FUTURE. MY
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE HONED AND I AM NOT RELUCTANT T0 SPEAK OUT ON ISSUES THAT I HAVE AN OPINION ON, IN ADDITION I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MY COMMUNICATION ABILITY IN GROUPS AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALLY. I THINK THE BEDFORD CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS A NUMBER Of SIGNIFICANT STRENGTHS INCLUDE; COMPETENT LEADERSHIP SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL RECRUITMENT OF TOP NOTCH TEACHERS WHO CHALLENGE AS WELL AS TEACH, A MUSIC PROGRAM THAT IS UNEQUALLED. WILLINGNESS OF INDIVIDUALS TO WORK TOGETHER AND PROBLEM SOLVE, AN ALTERNATIVE HIGH school THAT SAVES ACADEMIC AND INTELLECTUAL LIVES-. AND A DRUG PREVENTION STAFF THAT IS SELFLESS AND UNTIRING.

THE MAJOR WEAKNESS THAT I PERCEIVE INCLUDE - INCREASING VIOLENCE; DISPARITY IN THE ATTENTION GIVEN TO THE TWO ENDS OF THE CONTINUUM. PROBLEM WITH CULTURALLY DIVERSE PHENOMENA. ATTENTION TO ATHLETIC RELATED ACTIVITIES; ISSUES INVOLVING FACULTY Reimbursement LACK OF ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND DECISION MAKING. PROBLEMS WITH EVALUATION OF LEARNING IN CERTAIN INSTANCES
